An impartiality policy has been established and adhered to by B-ADVANCY Certification Ltd, which is carefully monitored by both internal and external impartiality committees.

How Do We Ensure Impartiality?

The procedures in place at B-ADVANCY Certification Ltd ensure that all of our auditors maintain impartiality and integrity throughout the assessment process. The auditor must sign a contract stating that he or she has no conflicts of interest and that he or she will maintain strict confidentiality upon becoming a contractor.

All employees and contractors must also sign the ADVANCY Code of Ethics, which outlines the company's values, principles, and procedures. All B-ADVANCY auditors are required to adhere to procedures designed to ensure impartiality and integrity during the assessment process.

In order to identify, analyze, and document any potential conflicts of interest arising from the supply of certification services, B-ADVANCY Certification Ltd conducts an Impartiality Risk Analysis.
